Australia batting first today. Gilchrist was out early, but Ponting and Hayden really took over and put their stamp on the match. Ponting was finally out for 66, but now Clarke has come in and he looks like he wants to reach 350 today.

Australia 169-2 after 26 overs.

Hayden gets his century, and both he and Clarke are scoring at more than a run per ball.

Australia reached 348-6



Of course, we've seen New Zealand chase some pretty high targets against Australia lately, but I don't think it'll happen today. They're already looking ahead to the semifinal against Sri Lanka.

joins the great mark waugh and i cant remember the other play to be the only 3 batsmen to make 3 world cup 100's in the same tournament
