i'm not siding with them but i run a few websites and we are always cautious of international orders:

Sent them an email asking what bat I should buy, and how long it would take to ship to Switzerland, let's see if they reply.

OK they gave me a call and told me I should recieve the bat by the end of next week. Even if I do get it now, I'm certainly not ordering anything else from that site again. Poor communication, poor service.

Hopefully it'll turn up but if you can look to use European based sites. The UK ones will normally ship to Europe for a reasonable fee.

All the UK sites I looked up didn't ship outside UK so I just tempted to use this one since it does say "We ship worldwide" should've also put a tag saying "Our service is no good at all and you shouldn't buy anything from us" :p

I tried directcricket and cricket supplies, none of them were shiping outside UK, if you people insist, I'll try to find something from UK for everything else.

Strange, as at least one of them used to.

I do know one or two who will definitely ship to Europe but it all depends on what bat/kit you want.

Ok, so after all the controversy and all, I finally got the bat. Thank God! It's a great bat, the edges are pretty big and overall looks good. But again, the communication level and the service was pretty poor. Had to call 'em like 5 times before they would finally confirm the order. Will get some images of this thing up soon.
