Leg spin - i've lost it.
Ok heres the story.
Used to be able to bowl leggies with good drift, dip and turn. Had no worries bowling them. Could do it all day. Put them exactly where i wanted . Snapped a ligament in my thumb and had to have surgery to fix it - no bowling for 3 months. Got back...
Leg spinners. How do you start off a spell?
Hey guys im just curious as to how you would start off a spell.
Do you just bowl leg breaks for a few overs or do you put in a variation right away?
Do you put maxiumum revs on the ball right away or just slowly upthe revs?

alomost every time i start a spell my first ball is a full toss. i need to stop this and get the ball right on my first delivery

yeah the finger next to the thumb. the seam sort of goes across that finger and rips it. I guess ill just have to tape in for training.
Also do you have any tips on bowling to left handers. I find it a bit tricky sometimes.

yeah its only happened since i started playing seniors. well this is my first actual season. Ive tryed putting superglue on the areas that rip and it helps alot but come off after a few overs.
