two questions streching running
hi guys
How can i get faster at running plz help really want to know and
what are good streches to let me touch my toes iam about 1 inch off one foot and about 3 inches off my other :mad::

when i came in a spin bowler was bowling short and straignt and i coundt defende them as there were hitting the bat and sliding past the stump how can i make sure it goes off the face of the bat
