Gaff is a gun only in year 10 and is opening the batting in the 1's, this year has played every game with a batting average of 40 odd.. And it's his first year playing Cricket at Carey after retiring from the 1sts tennis team in year 9

Scotch are going to be very very strong in the next couple of years with players like Mcmahon, Reeves, Fernwanan, Jammo, and of course Conor! All young guns. Pitty their 10's team hasn't been performing, they should be un beatable

Clearly the best players will be betts and mcmillian no doubt they are already dominating this year. mcomohan wont make over 10 next year, doesnt no how to hold a cricket bat yet. Didint see Plumbridge hit one off the square, might do alright as a bowler though. Kieth will be a superstar in the next two years.

unlucky to be on this list is young lachlan mahon from carey.took wickets in every game of term 4 and would be in any other APS team's bowling line-up.just bad luck that he will have to try and take gun bolwer matt yeo's spot who is clearly best strike bowler in APS. MAde VIC U15 team this yr so defs a kid to look out for.One very lanky man though.

Mahon is trash vics are in big trouble if they think a kid like this can match it with the best in aus, not good enough for firsts and most likely never will be, and yeo is no where near the best strike bowler the kid has serious attitude issues not to mention the HARDEST HANDS IN THE APS

you guys are dreaming if you dont think xavier wont win the premiership next year.

They retain their first 3 strike bowlers in McGorian, O'Sullivan and Donnellon, and their two current spinners, they have gun batters in curtain, goss, ryan, donnellon, douglas, murray and tiernan who have all experienced first grade cricket.

xavier will smash everyone.

Mate i dont get u, u love Yoe on one thread then the next u hate him, WTF.
but i agree with on everything uve said in this post..

Mcmillan is easy gonna be the best, he dont even play club, so hope he sticks with his cricket after school days tho. awesome bat awesome keeper.

the funniest thing about this thread is that alex keath bowling gets no mention, u thought this kid could bat freakishly well, wait till he can bowl...... unlucky APS batsmen of next year....

I heard there is some gun yr pace 10 bowler from Wesley who got half the 1sts out in a prac game. But he didnt get Mr Carey out. Mr Carey is far too good for that. Instead Mr Carey got out stumped off some other bowler.

******** Mr Carey im calling him Ernie Dingo from now on.

On a more topical note, O'sullivan and Gotch from CGS will be premium batsmen in the season/seasons to come.
