I think that a field restriction should be implemented. But I could see the problems that would arise. Lines not being marked for the inner circle. And some captains would struggle to get their heads round the feilding restrictions, let alone some of the umpires. But I think you are right...

I have heard rumours of Craig Sheedy playing at Bentleigh. And heard last night ( Don't know how reliable this is) that Brad Hodge is at Beamauris.

I have seen that our competition is getting stronger. We have more players of higher calibre and we are also getting players from overseas, that are very talented. Are we taking over Sub district cricket? I believe we are now, and believed we were 3 years ago.!!! Thoughts?

Re: 2010 / 11 general chat. It's disappointing to hear that these grounds aren't ready. I know that our deck is ready to go and it had football played on it, with the team that plays and trains on the ground making the ground final, it has had the least amount of time possible to be prepared...
