Re: Flat feet or fallen arches go to the podiatrist ASAP my shoes were exzactly like that i went through 3 pairs of shoes in a season, went to the podiatrist and got custom made orthodics, since then have had 1 pair of shoes for 2 years for cricket, very much worth the money spent

Re: Best balls to buy. We dont use Dukes over here Kooka Zenith or Red King, Red Kings are a lower quality match ball, Zenith's are just Reject balls, couple Zeniths would be fine, I bought 2 boxes for my team and they lasted a season

Re: T20 Batting Tips? Dont make the mistake of trying to slog, everyone comes in and tries to put everyhing to cow corner, play your normal shots except maybe a block, if you can straight drive it or flick it, then after a couple overs, go airbourne still playing correct shots

Re: Coaching swing Yeah but if there is a kid who cant swing it, even with the seam, wrist ,shoulder in the right places, im not saying give up but should be teaching them other variatons, eg slower ball, off/leg cutters etc, where as the ones who can swing it really get them to practise moving...
