    Re: Facing Good Seam Bowling If you're only getting out to the good balls, you aren't in bad nick. Get a long way forward or a long way back, to either negate the movement or give yourself time to play it. Similar to any movement really, its important to play the length.

    Re: Swinging the ball I'm not an expert either, but I find that a small change in finger position can turn an outswinger into an off-cutter. Ensure your middle finger isn't any further from the seam than your index finger, you might be accidentally bowling quick off-spin; I used to do it a lot...
