Re: Finger Spin Bowling. I like to work off the bas note of Tall people can play straight well and short people can play square well, so if you put that into your bowling for someone up around 6ft you should be bowling loopy but just short of a normal good length and also not too loopy...

Re: Finger Spin Bowling. I might do that, I don't know if it's because my throwing action is jerky or if my elbow just has something wrong with it... but a baseball coach could help so i'll try that first.

Re: Finger Spin Bowling. No mines very fluent so i don't get much of a problem with it, even after bowling around 34 overs in a weekend... one thing that does give me a little trouble is my elbow when i throw it just feels sort of dislocated almost but after a couple of minutes the pain...

Re: All rounder (slogger) I'm actually good against the short ball I can play it well and it scores me a fair few runs, as for the whole bowled and caught behind thing it has been rectified and now i'm back scoring good runs and taking wickets

Re: Mark Nicholas I have to agree with you there, some commentaors make you want to keep watching the game but some don't so when mark is in the commentary box i turn the tv on mute and the listen to the radio commentary...

Re: badly bruised knee well I've been icing it like you said too, the inflammation has gone down but the bruise looks quite beastly, i'll give it a go at training this arvo but it's not cool i'll stop Thanks for the help...

badly bruised knee Ok I fell down some stairs tonight (don't ask) and my kneee is badly bruised but i can walk perfectly normal and can run alright, would it be wise to go to training tomorrow or should i sit it out?
