Re: list you prefered 3rd test team With no offence to Manou, the tail looked awfully long without Haddin there. ;) He'll play the 4th test, drugs are his friend! :)

list you prefered 3rd test team

Re: list you prefered 3rd test team If they play Lee, Siddle & Johnson, we're going to get 20 wickets- problem is they'll go at least 40 runs a pop! :o

list you prefered 3rd test team

Re: list you prefered 3rd test team I'd keep the same format as we have now. Leaving us another batsman short isn't the answer, esp. if they keep producing roads as pitches for the last 3 tests- we'll be behind the 8 ball from the start. Troy Cooley had better earn his wages in the week...

    SBS commentary team

Re: SBS commentary team I don't mind any of them, except for the head tilt and eyebrow raise from MacGilla. That's annoying! ;)

    Brett Lee

Re: Brett Lee Even in the Lions game where he did take a good haul, he still didn't provide any penetration with the new ball, and got most of his wickets with the older ball in his second or third spells. Maybe he's not the new ball bowler anymore- Hilfy swings it too well to be overlooked...

    The Ashes

Re: The Ashes Nice post- maybe should get merged into the Australia in England thread? On the Ashes note though: SBS has announced that Damien Martyn, Stuey MacGill and Greg Matthews are in what promises to be a fascinating special comments team for the free-to-air TV coverage of the Ashes in...

    thommo"s spray

Re: thommo"s spray He's only saying what a lot of Aussies think. I even covered it in my blog on here- although guys like Thommo obviously need their five minutes of fame bumped up by some grabs on the news! ;)

    Tait Gets His Contract Back

Re: Tait Gets His Contract Back He did well in the last World Cup in the Windies, so on form- he's a decent backup for the one dayers/ T20 matches.
