I say good on them for putting there hand up to host knowing they don't have a liquor license as i'm sure they will still have a canteen running which everyone can buy NON ALCOHOLIC drinks from and enjoy the cricket without drinking

DVCA meeting tonight where the clubs will decide who is going into there comp to make up the 32 teams. Old Ivanhoe, Keon Park, Camrea & Baseballers all get there chance to present for 15 mins and the DVCA clubs then decide who is going into the comp................ lets see how that all goes

Did anyone hear pre game apparently Robert Young was chatting on the radio and said that there had been discussions with cricket vic and DVCA??? did anyone hear that and if so what was said

Agree Stumpy don't believe everything you hear......... As good as a player he is there is no way he would be offered $20K to play

Wouldn't surprise me if they go to NW as i reckon DV wont take them or the clubs wont vote them in

I'm sure he wouldn't be at Camrea this season if he was offered $20K................ even loyalty to a club wouldn't keep you there for $20K elsewhere

Well lets hope who ever they are stay around and the comp can get moving again

I just hope the comp can get through this as it looks as though Rivergum & Dennis are gone and who knows what Holy Trinity are doing but i would say they may go as well I just hope all the clubs can get together and get a board up and going and get the comp going again

Lets hope that there are some great ideas put forward so the comp can hopefully thrive
