Re: Leg Spin leg spin is easier to pick up wickets because the ball is spinning away from the batsmen, this brings wickets on silver plates if on a spinning track. off spin goes into a batsmen, which is easier to defend definately. leg spin isn't beautiful, watching murali's arm is beautiful

Re: terrible shoulder yes, it clicks and its just in my bowling arm, so the one. Your bit about stiff, painful and especially creaky is exactly what its like.

Re: Cricket Helmet i dont wear a helmet because they are not very comfortable. i do have a GN one though which is good when i play against the older people who are very quick.

terrible shoulder David, iam having trouble with my fitness through these winter months, i have terrible shoulders, and in the cold they lock up. i need help, wat can i do to make sure they dont lock, n e exercises?
