Was apart of a game on Saturday where Forest Hill Cricket Club First XI in the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association's top grade (McIntosh Shield) made 0/425 from their allotted 80 overs. Openers Ben Johnston (201*) and Charles Erasmus (200*) batted through the entire innings. Was wondering if anything of this sort has occurred before at local level or if any of you guys have been involved in a similar situation before?
 
I suspect so. That's outrageous really. I read the herald sun article. I mean really.... two chances all day? East Boxhill need to go back to the drawing board. What an effort though! Spare a though for their first drop!

First drop was my younger brother! 80 overs in pads just waiting to get out there... No thanks!!
