Key selection criteria:
• Proven record as a player at District, Sub District or 1st grade club level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate the coaching department and all its training sessions.
• Provide a clear vision and direction for all players.
• Team strategy and planning for the 1st and 2nd XI.
Other information:
The Caroline Springs Cricket Club is one of the largest clubs in the western suburbs, currently fielding 5 senior and 17 junior teams. In 2017-2018 our first & second XI will be playing in the VTCA, with our 3rds, 4ths and 5ths playing in the WDCA.
The position on offer is an attractive one to any potential coach; we have a very promising playing list, excellent playing facilities, and a social environment that is both vibrant and harmonious.
