Are Caulfield a threat?

with a strong bowling attack, and tim nixon at the heart of the batting, will they cause opposition captains headaches?

I remember going to town on their opening bowling attack in the 03/04 season back in Year 7.

Probably made like 18 that day, they sucked alot.

dont forget wyatt and the other young uns they hav comin through all on scholarships like barker-daish and LJ i think they wil b insane in a couple of years

Caulfield are a big show this year,
They have Handle and Llyod Everrit with the bowling, and with the bat they have Tom O'Sullivan and Tom Burge,
But dont forget they have got 3 new players in Jordan Wyatt, who can hit the ball very hard and is in the Aus team, then they have Matt Lanigan, who bowls off spin and was in the Vic team and bowled 50 overs for just 98 runs. then Seb Gotch, who is unbelieveable with the gloves and also hits the ball well!!
They are going to be one of the teams to beat!!

yeah i forgot to mention gotch good player. lanigan is untested at aps level and jordy looks menacing. still they are very young and could struggle

The three of them are great under pressure, and will dominate the APS. Just have to look at how the 3 of them went on the weekend, Wyatt 52*, lanigan 5/30 off 10 and gotch got 5 dismissal as keeper..

mate ack was without half of its first XI... but taking nothing away from the caulfield blokes...wyatt seems a top bat.
Also, the undefeated ACK team of last season would hold its own against any APS side.

you would probably hold your own against every aps side except, MGS, XC, STK, SC, HY, CAU, CBG, GGS, GC, BG and WC
