bangladesh has flopped in the icc t20 world cup 2012.it also did not show that their were an effective team in the asia cup.will this team come back with a win?or their poor form continues?

yes. it's sorrowful. But Bangladeshi people has a great passion for Cricket. They love it more than any other sports.

It's so much obvious. We are winning against big teams on a regular basis. Now every team fears us. It a big achievement so far for our boys.....

I'm surprised that there haven't been that many tours to Bangladeshi shores -- not only have Bangladesh shown that they can compete well, especially in the ODI format and especially on home soil, but there are millions of fans that are wanting to get in on the action and that should present enticing financial incentives for touring sides. The Test-approved stadia can hold plenty of people: 36,000 (Bangabandhu National Stadium, but why aren't they playing Tests there nowadays?), 30,000 (MA Aziz Stadium, Chittagong), 26,000 (Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium, Mirpur), 25,000 (Fatullah Osmani Stadium, Fatullah), 20,000 (Shaheed Chandu Stadium, Bogra), 20,000 (Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong), 15,000 (Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium, Narayanganj), and 15,000 (Khulna Divisional Stadium, Khulna), and this is BEFORE the stadium renovations for the 2014 World T20.

I greatly respect New Zealand for touring -- this will be their third tour in five years, and unlike the last time, there should be Tests again on this upcoming tour. The West Indies are also doing their part to bring cricket to Bangladesh, and both Boards deserve credit for seeing the need, biting the bullet, and swallowing their pride. Several teams have tours scheduled for 2014 and 2014-15, and we can only hope that these will not only eventuate, but they will be full tours that will showcase the potential of the Bangladeshis in all three formats.
