Care to elaborate on that one? I can think of one or two grounds in the UK that have a 'reputation' but neither of the main London ones.

I'll check that we're on the right page here. My meaning was that in the start, at the very beginning of 'Bay 13' there were seemingly good intentions behind it, except it changed over time, hence it's current place in history.

I wasn't accusing you of 'hi-jacking' this thread. Paranoia?
I went to the Oval test in 2005. I've never seen anything like it. Women drinking warm red wine straight from soft-drink bottles, blokes pulling out beer cans from their backpacks at 4pm that had been sitting there in the sun all day (with no ice or cooler). Abuse, people throwing cold sausages on one poor girl and thinking it was funny. Fights breaking out because Northern Ireland had beaten England in football the previous night.
Let's face it. There are feral people the world over regardless of where they live.

I'm wearing a white wifebeater atm, nothing wrong with them very comfortable. Dunno the cape flags though..
Wife beater singlets are great, but it's the 16 year-old try-hards who buy them from safeway on the way to the game. They should be worn for comfort and durability, not as a show of fashion.

Examples where you can wear a wifebeater:

Pat is pretty ripped, so he can get away with this singlet, even though it's straight off the shelf

Both blokes are pretty rough around the edges, and have made good use of their beaters with stains and fading present

Example of when not to wear one:

Bloke on the right is probably borderline, but if he was a bit skinnier and a bit more of a loser at life, then you'd be ripping that singlet off him and burning it

Re: Bay 13-MCG

i think that an aussie cricket shirt is suitable.

Re: Bay 13-MCG

ive got an idea for a chant.
it might be shit but someone has to try something.
its sorta an edit of the proclaimers song, im gonna be (500 miles)

When I wake up,
Well I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the man who sings in bay 13.

When I chant loud
Well I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the man who chants with bay 13.

ponting will score one hundred runs
and then he'll score one hundred more
to be the man in the aussie team,
and to wear a baggy green

(rest): da da lat da

(everyone): da da lat da da lat da da lat da da lat da da
