well you could hardly play it down Southend, you have to avoid certain discarded items that you really should not see on a beach lol

I saw the New Zealand vs England game - very entertaining all round. I love the way the commentators were chatting to the guys out on the sand - that has to be distracting during your run-up :laugh:
