Captaincy
Are you a captain or do you prefer to hang back in the shadows? If you are then how do you go about it, barking orders left, right and centre or do you take a more measured approach and consult your senior players?
Also, how do you control players - arm around the shoulder or throwing tea cups at lunch? I'm interested to know how you approach captaincy and your experience of it, so post below and tell all!
