Chest drive
I am teaching a youngster bowlingand trying to put across Ian Pont's chest drive. I told him that he needs to imagine a rope attached to his chest that is being pulled by the batsman. The youngster understands what needs to be done but just cant do it in practice.
Are there are any excercise that can be done to get the chest drive going?
