English County One-Day Cricket

The friends provident trophy is a 50 over one-day tournament. Each of the countys and Ireland and Scotland are put into 4 divisions they are:

Midlands: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Ireland

North: Durham, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Scotland, Lancashire

South-East: Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex

South-West: Gloucestershire, Somerset, Worcestshire, Hampshire, Glamorgan

There have been 7 completed rounds already and teams are currently playing their 8th match and final match before the finals begin

Playing today are:

Ireland vs Northamptonshire
Leicestershire vs Nottinghamshire
Scotland vs Derbyshire
Yorkshire vs Lancashire
Middlesex vs Essex
Surrey vs Sussex
Glamorgan vs Somerset
Worcestershire vs Gloucestershire

After today the final teams will be known and in a weeks side the first finals will commence.
