I assume you mean an avatar. Go to the User CP and click on Edit Avatar in the side bar on the left hand side of the screen. Here's the direct link - http://www.simplycricket.net/profile.php?do=editavatar
Click on the Use Custom Avatar option. You can then enter the URL to the image you want to use as your avatar or specify an image stored in your computer that you want to use as your avatar.
