I'm not gonna lie: this is an integral feature in my future dream house. It's a long way off, though, and I've never researched into it. I can only imagine that it won't be dirt cheap.
I had a back net when I was a kid, but not side netting. A massive great net probably costs 50 quid, you then need some poles and guy ropes to hold it up. I doubt it would really cost that much.
A couple of mates and i used to keep nets a one of their places when we were kids, the fence was chain lock fence like you used to see on most schools but it was the pitch that took the work. In the end they were really only behind and on the pull shot so you had to learn to keep it on the ground.
