IPL Game 36 - Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings at Mumbai

Game 36 is well underway with Mumbai hosting Chennai.

Mumbai won the toss and decided to bowl first. Their decision has been justified so far with Chennai slumping to 4/57 after 10 overs. Dhawal Kulkarni has done the bulk of the damage with 2/12 from two overs, Shaun Pollock and Dwayne Bravo have the other wickets.

Chennai started well enough, Vidyut and Fleming got them off to a good start but Vidyut went for 16 and Fleming went out about five minutes ago for 26.

Not a good start for Chennai at all but they still have ten more overs to fix their innings and put up a good score.

Mumbai Indians XI: 1 *Sachin Tendulkar, 2 Sanath Jayasuriya, 3 Robin Uthappa, 4 Dominic Thornley, 5 Dwayne Bravo, 6 Shaun Pollock, 7 Abhishek Nayar, 8 +Yogesh Takawale, 9 Dhawal Kulkarni, 10 Rohan Raje, 11 Ashish Nehra.

Chennai Super Kings XI: 1 *+Mahendra Singh Dhoni, 2 Stephen Fleming, 3 S Vidyut, 4 Suresh Raina 5 S Badrinath, 6 Albie Morkel, 7 Chamara Kapugedera, 8 Muttiah Muralitharan, 9 Manpreet Gony, 10 Joginder Sharma, 11 L Balaji.

Chennai finish on 6/156 from their 20 overs, a good effort after being in major trouble early on. Albie Morkel is out on the last ball for five after being caught on the boundary by Robin Uthappa. That gave Kulkarni his third wicket of the match.

A decent total from Chennai, made even better by the poor start they had early on. They have Badrinath and Dhoni, who made 43 not out to thank for getting them to a reasonably competitive score.

For Mumbai, Kulkarni lead the way with three wickets and Dwayne Bravo picked up two. Shaun Pollock was fantastic again, 1/9 from four overs including a maiden.

A good recovery from Chennai but will it be enough? They still have some work to do with the ball, especially with Tendulkar returning from injury.

Jaysuria creams out 114* off only 48 balls (9x4s, 11x6 )

They cruise to the targe score off 13.5 overs
