Oh, I highly recommend it... as often as possible.

If you assume the position of the standing partner, try not to hyperextend your back.

If you are the 'active' partner, progress by letting go of the hands and evenutally lying horizontal so that your torso is parallel to the ground.

Get somebody to take photos and post so that we can all check your technique. If a few of you would like to try it, post all the photos and we shall compare all your techniques.

If you find this easy, add another body.
