I'm side on with, but someone picked up on it last night and mentioned it as a negative point, I'm not convinced - it was the change to side on that was instrumental in my bowling suddenly and dramatically improving.
Simbazz - re the Wizard comment in the forum. The only thing he does that I'd like to incorporate into my spinning is his speed. But for all I know I may be as fast as he is? On the subject I've made a massive ephiphanal discovery today and I think at last I've cracked it. I can now bowl Leg Breaks and it looks like they're big Leg Breaks! - Not sure the wife understands but ahwell . The ball definately dipped alot more then my usual "turning a door knob" style leggie. I think my conventional delivery puts more side spin on the ball hence the lack of dip and I often find that batsmen that use their feet can drive me quite easily.
