Magic Recruits Hit Back
The four new Madrid Magic recruits (Tongs, The Wizz, Mousey and Breeno) have approached the BCFCL News team in order to respond to comments made about them.
Breeno who was the spokesperson for the group proudly came out and defended himself and fellow recruits.
Breeno:"We all know that The Wizz and Mousey have been talking it up since they have been recruited to the Magic, and trust me they can back it up. We believe that we have given the side a breath of fresh air, and that with us four new recruits in, we will be able to re-invigorate the side before finals."
"Tongs and I, believe that we have made steady progress in our careers at the Magic and are only going to get better. We have been training hard on the track and enlisting specialist coaches to help us with the little bugs we have found in our game, and we are ready to take our game to the next level. The Wizards have little respect for The Wizz, Mousey, Tongs and I but trust me, we will do whatever we can to force them to respect us. We're looking forward to the game and can't wait to finally have the whole Madrid Magic team performing. And a word of advice to other clubs, at least we won't be tiring out before the business end of the season."
So it seems that the Magic recruits are very confident in what they are doing for the club, will The Wizz and Mousey live up to all the promise they have shown, and can Breeno; the damaging #4 and Tongs; the livewire wicket keeper who certainly isn't a chump with the willow, be able to keep the form they have shown?
They will be looking to this afternoons game to prove a point, and we shall all see if they are really worth all the talk.
