New bowling vid

After a good long net yesterday I was feeling strong and pacey, today I was a bit tired but still I felt good, I’ve got my accuracy back as well, hit the stumps 8 times in a row! which was better than my usual 3, I’m still working out the shoulder as it isn’t injured anymore but I need to get back the strength that I had before, please comment so I can work out the mistakes in my action, also I have just order Ian Pont’s book and hope to get back the pace i lost through all the injuries.

When you have had a day of bowling rest, try to take another video and when you get to the front view, try to raise the camera so I can see your whole body.
