Only Twnety20 has just started. Australai won the toss and decided to bat first.

India XI: V Sehwag, G Gambhir, RV Uthappa, Yuvraj Singh, *+MS Dhoni, RP Sharma, IK Pathan, M Kartik, Harbhajan Singh, RP Singh, S Sreesanth

Australia XI: +AC Gilchrist, ML Hayden, *RT Ponting, A Symonds, MJ Clarke, BJ Hodge, BJ Haddin, B Lee, BW Hilfenhaus, NW Bracken, SR Clark

Gilchrist dispatches RP Singh's second ball for 4.

0/4 after 0.2 overs. And the third ball goes for four also. And the fourth!!! What a start by Gilly!! And then he gets bowled for 12. :p

Hayden out for 17 after edging one back onto his stumps.

2/60 after seven over with Ponting playing all sorts of shots to be 30 not out off 18 balls.

Ponting runs out Symonds for 20. Ponting played forward to covers, set off said No, then set off again before finally saying No. It was all too much for Symonds who couldn't get back in time.

Brad "nude pic artist" Hodge is the new batsman but doesn't last long as he is bowled by Pathan for a measly two.

4/120 after 16 overs. Michael Clarke is the new man in.

Ponting plays off on Pathan for a well made 76.

5/158 after 19 overs. Michael Clarke is 23 not out from 13 balls. Brad Haddin is the new batsman.

EDIT: And Australia make 5/166 from thier 20 overs. Clarke was 25 not out and Haddin 5 not out.

Gambhir and Uthappa getting the job done here.
They need a measly 66 runs from the second 10 overs.

Gambhir finally out for 63.

India 143-3 after 15.4 overs.

They need 24 runs from 25 balls.
It's going to take some great bowling for Australia to pull this one out.

Let's face it, Bandis may be king of Jurassic Age cricket
but they're just not up to this rock-em-sock-em, futuristic,
20/20 cricket. Batters have to know how to balance
attack and defense (not just slog a few boundaries and
get bowled, ala Gilligan). Fielders have to be sharp and
intense all 20 overs, not just few. Bowlers have to
relentlessly attack batters weaknesses, not just contain.
Bandis like a little old lady who's been driving a horse and
buggy all her life. Put here in a sports car and she'll
crash it every time.
