Recovering From A Sprained Ankle

I sprained my right-ankle back in April & had my cast removed in mid-May. I'll be going back to the nets in 2 weeks
time cause I've got my exams going on right now. Is there anything that I can do prevent any strain on
my anle once I start training again?

Make sure you mobilise the ankle; raise your leg and rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, flex your foot down and up, a couple of times during the day.

If you feel a bit unsure of the stability of your ankle, wear a support for a few sessions and see how it goes.

How did you sprain the ankle?
