All discussions can be held in here - First up we have two agendas to discuss - Who should we pick in the draft, & - Who shall be the Deputy Vice-Captain, i would rather it be someone who has not had any leadership experiances before.

I know who i am going to pick at #1 - But i am thinking of picking a newcomer at #2.

& i was thinking of a DVC as a like a "Apprenticeship" of sorts !

RAO should play for the Jam Jams, wouldnt be called FIGJAM without RAO, as he is one of the biggest FIGJAMs i know!

I would happily put my hand up for a d-vc, just a back up incase captains are away etc and a team is named.

If RAO could show he can be a positive poster on this site i would of taken him in an instant...The fact is, he hasn't ..and i didn't.

Happy to br back at the FIGJAMs. Being a pure batsman now hopefully i can hit some good form and do a good job for the team.

RAO and positive in the same sentance is like saying Steve Harmison & Wickets...they should only be put in if another word is added..Lacking

Just a slight one :D !! Alrightie ! Word around the blocks is that the Figjams have some extremely nice rookies on the coolers. Should be stating their announcements in a couple of days !
