THINGS THAT GO BUMP IN THE NITE

These are supposedly true life accounts.

A woman with Shingles was experiencing a throbbing migraine so she went for an MRI scan, which terrified her because the doctor had seen 'something unusual' on a prior scan. Suddenly a female patient care technical nurse entered the room and began comforting her saying it was all going to be OK, and there was nothing to worry about. After the scan, she thanked the doctor and nurse for sending in the red-haired tech nurse in the green scrubs. They were all quiet for a few seconds then the doctor said all nurses at this hospital only wore blue scrubs and that no tech nurses with red hair worked there. Her scan turned out to be negative.

While driving home around midnite a couple saw a man kneeling/lying on the ground with his head bent at a sharp angle so that he faced the street. The man was covered in sweat with his eyes open, no blinking and glassy, additionally he was ice cold to the touch, indicating he was deceased. Immediately the couple drove home and called the police giving them the precise location where they had come across the strange man. When a patrol car arrived at the spot the man had vanished.

A man was hungry late one night so ate a sandwich facing the kitchen bench then cleaned up and when he turned every single cupboard door and cutlery drawer were open after seeing them closed when he entered earlier. There was no way anyone could have snuck into the kitchen without him seeing or hearing them.

I watched a bit of the Exorcist with Linda Blair (?) the other night waiting for another movie. It scared the hell out of me decades ago, and still does a bit.
As an 11yo I paid sixpence at the local cinema to watch Vincent Price as Dracula. That was chilling. James Bond was better.

There was only one Dracula in my eyes, Christopher Lee. Frankly, I didnt even know Vincent Price played the role. I dislike him anyway so no way I'd pay sixpence to watch him on the screen.
Vincent Price was in an episode of Colombo, Lovely But Lethal, Vera Miles was in that episode too.
