Rugby has 20 teams in their world cup. Why shouldn't ICC have 20
in theirs? Too many "undeserving" teams? Too many "mismatches"? Plenty
of these in the Rugger WC and nobody seems to be complaining. Wanna
spread cricket? Gotta give more countries exposure. Simple as that.

Unavoidable in group play, but total BS in the "Super Eights" which
the ruggers don't have. They go straight to the knockouts, as it should be.
