EDIT:Oh, there is Pakistan, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to play against major teams, so new talent isn't so widely known

Just any young circketer that looks like they have potential...
I reckon Mendis could be the next top spinner...bit early to call it but he could be up in the ranks of warne n murali.
