USA and phantom constitution

Well, cricinfo reports Inspirationless Cricket Council has
given USACA til March to come up with a decent
constitition. Fat chance of that, so the question is:
what's Inspirationless Cricket Council going to do when
the deadline passes? Will they have the guts to expell
the Maryland Mugabe and his croney USACA from the ICC, which is
the only way to bring USA cricket out of the dark ages?

the answer is simple and obvious, and its what they have been doing for the last years- nothing.
