The internal squabbles that have blighted US cricket for several years resurfaced with the news that Polam Reddy, the chairman of the Southern California Cricket Association, has quit as a director of the USA Cricket Association board.

wow, yet another example of the long, long long, list of the troubles in USA cricket.

In an open letter to the board, Reddy revealed that his decision had been prompted by a "lack of communication within the governance of the day to day operations ... especially having a board meeting without an agenda or venue notification two days prior to the meeting date."

and this too-

"There is no point in being part of a group or organization that violates proper protocol on a consistent basis,"

this is soo embarassing and upsetting in that its a clear example of how things are not only not getting better, but a sign of things getting worse.

you make no sense. moving on, the funny thing is cricinfo's last story was about the 'huge' meeting and its soon to be announced results of the USACA meeting in florida that was on October 7th!!! no news since then!
