Victorian Under 23 Team

Looks like the State 2nd XI competition is going to be scrapped and be replaced with an Under 23 state comp. Who is in Victorias under 23 team for next year?

That is ridiculous if it is scrapped. however it will give young players a massive opportunity. Joe Loorham would be the keeper.

Surely they won't stop all over 23s from playing a level below state level?

I'd expect it to be under 23s + 3-4 overage players.

Supposedly allowed three overage players, but here's a pure U/23 side.

6. W Sheridan
7. J Loorham
8. J Pattinson
9. C Rose
10. J Coleman
11. S Gilmour
12. J Holland

Struggled with the last quick. Coleman, even though he hasn't done much in district cricket yet, would probably get a gig at some stage with his involvement in the U/19 squad. Steven Reid has big wraps on him from Essendon.
