batting on the highway at yarraville if your a batsmen in that team you should be scoring 400+ easily playing on that every 2nd week and especially when they bat they get the mower out in the morning too. if not your no good.

Totally agree BOW but they bat there so they are.... get em away and it evens up a bit...
1. Okeefe; record speaks for itself
2. Baker; run machine at this level, especially at home
3. Porter; when on song, most destructive in comp
4. R.Marcy; havent seen the best..................YET
5. Taylor ; best hitter by miles and matchwinner... ask sth caulfield

Wouldn't put Marcy in on last year. Simpson from Sth Caulfield can bat. And Contessa always gets runs.

I have heard Dion Kratz is back playing for Spotty again. Would have to be up there with the best bats.

Best fighter or abuser of umpires maybe.
Ash Russell would be the best bat in the comp. Closely followed by Bakes, Big Darrell, Troy Lamb and Michael OKeefe for some stability.

Big call calling him the Jordan of the comp. Good player but doesn't dominate the bowling like a Baker. And i dont think he has led the wicket takers in any of the years he has played either. Doesn't do enough against the better sides.

Will we get a start this week? Interesting to hear from any one about how there grounds are travelling. Most of the grounds i see in the west look ok. Not sure about the northern or eastern grounds. The weather doesn't look to good leading into the weekend.
