Which bat should I order?

Which of these two bats should I get for this season? I'm personally tempted towards the SS Yuvi bat, but considering that they're offering to knock in and oil the Reebok bat, it's not a bad bet either. So I would like to hear your opinions, and along with the votes, please tell your reasons for having voted for the bat you did. :D

The SS. It's Grade 1 English Willow and from reading the description seems a better bat. I'd go for that one. The Reebok's better looking though :p. If i was you i'd get some Hero Honda or Britannia stickers and replace the SS ones, which is what quite a few of the Indian players do.

Out of the two, I would go for the SS Yuvi. It's grade one and looks the better bat.

Don't be fooled by the knocking in etc, as you'll still need to do it regardless.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'll be going with the SS Yuvi then and like I said earlier, I was a little tempted to the SS bat so it's all good. Some valid and useful information in there too that I missed at first sight (G1 English Willow) so yeah, thanks again. :D

I'm going to say the SS, just because I dont really trust these big brand names stepping into cricket (Puma/Reebok) without the experience of English/Australian/Indian firms which have been around for longer and probably care about cricket more than a multi-national massive brand..

but that's just me..

I agree with you concerning Reebok, but Puma actually make very good soft goods, probably up there with the best of them, the Puma leg-pads are very popular, and nice looking. The Puma Ballistic is also a very, very nice bat, light pick-up, thick edges, decent wood and when new look stunning, the stickers are extremely nice on them.

Been a touch over two weeks since I ordered the bat, shall I contact them or will it be a hasty decision and should I wait a little longer?

As they are a US based company it may take a while. No harm in sending them an e-mail though just to clarify that they have your order and it's been processed.

This site is a fraud. :mad: I sent them two e-mails, no reply, and when I gave em a call today, all they tell me is that the order is not confirmed. They already took money out of my mom's credit card and now she's mad at me.

That is not good at all. Get your mom to contact her credit card company as she should have protection or they may be able to offer advice.
