Why is this?

Question: Why do the same sides sometimes score as many runs in a 20/20
match as they do in a 50 over ODI? Are the fans being forced to just sit through
thirty useless overs?

Alright tim I think we understand your extreme dis-taste for ODI cricket and your love affair with the new shortened game. Raise this question in one of the coulple of 20-20 threads that are already present insted of making a new thread for a question that has most likely already been answered.
