Wrist Excercise.

Just jumped out of the nets for the past 6 or 7 hours. Man my wrists hurt.

How does one go about increasing the strength of ones wrists?

After 70 or 80 boundries in a row, I really start to feel it in my right wrist (LHB)

A wrist is a joint so you can't increase the strength of it. You can increase the strength of the muscles and ligaments around it though.

That said, if you train for 6 hours you should expect to hurt a bit!

Are you doing any resistance training at the moment? Press ups, pull ups that kind of thing?
