Re: Off spin Just keep bowling leg spin, leg spin takes years of bowling to master, not even first class leggies don't have perfect control.If you get more consitent with leg spin you could be a major weapon for your team consistent leg spinners are very hard to come by.

Re: England in New Zealand I'd go with that but have Mustard in, you can get away with having slip captaincy but in my opnion we need to have one keeper.Mustard hasn't done anyhthing wrong behind the stumps and should be picked on that alone.It's about time England just went with the best...

Re: Eating healthy, in general Suppose it may be bad if it's eaten too much.Try the lower fat versions if you tend to eat it a lot.I'm sure others can add more detailed info!
