Re: Wicketkeeping extras just make sure u go down when the bowler begin's to bowl and keep low and rise with the ball. allways catch the ball on the rise with the fast bowlers

Re: Batting Drills Have you tried a cricket ball hanging on a rope of a cloth lines etc can help. I no steve waugh used this method to improve his batting
