I have been working hard on my fitness and strength in the gym. How can I test my fitness and see how I'm progressing? What personal fitness tests one can do?

I think Warne has one of the best cricketing minds the game has ever seen. He really takes risks and puts the game before himself .
Although off the field behaviour is important, I don't think it should have cost him an opportunity to captain...

No, i zoomed in on it and looked like Tom. Maybe not.
Ganguly had it yesterday and he uses Puma, and Yuvraj had it and he uses Reebok?
Have noticed on quite a few other players too.

I keep noticing what looks like the word "TOM" on the edges of most Indian player's bats, regardless of the brand it seems.
Does anyone know what this is about?!

Wow Liz, nearly 400calories sounds alot but at least oats are filling!
Madbunny... I'm aiming at about 1800calories a day. Thats divided into 5 meals...3 being 450 cal, and the other 2 around 225 for in-between snacks.
Winter eating
We, in the southern hemisphere are coming up to Winter now, and obviously the diet changes a bit. We seem to eat more too.
We drink more tea/coffee to keep warm.
Less water as its cold! etc

How much of a difference does it make to cut down on sugar in tea and coffee?
And is there a limit to how much fruit is good for you, because most contain so much sugar don't they?
Plank exercise
I've read mixed reports on the plank exercise.
I've seen David suggest doing right side, then normal plank then left side as a good core exercise.
How long should one be holding it for? And what muscles does it actually strengthen? ;)
