IMO the key factor here is how strong the club is not just on, but off field. Frangers, Wanderers have both been very well managed off field for many years, no surprise they have continually improved on the field. A little luck also helps.

The cricket show has served the valley well for 15 years plus. There probably are some areas that could be looked at, you can make some positive comments then move on. Having a shot at blokes who give up their time to provide valley cricketers with a service wont win you too many friends...
