Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10
Thats right, Volpe smashed em and desearved the ton easily, Riverside just was out played in the end very dissapointing though having them 5/60 but thats cricket and it happens, finals bound, it's only round 3 like Mernda havn't won a game and i reckon with...
Re: Under 16'1 Teal Premiership
Ok lets get the talk off Mill Park, Lets talk on some teams that also hold some talent.
Research will come hard at Mill Park and St Francis and Diamo not far, this comp is strong, even Riverside might give it a shake, Watch out for Whittlesea i think they...
Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10
Good to see Riverside make a strong start agaisnt Lalor, 220 is a good score but it will take some good bowling. Gibbs and the crew will be to strong i reckon, Lalor's batting not quite there but it'll be a good defend and chase to watch. And with Scotty Gibbs...
Re: DVCA:Under 16'1 banter 2009/10

Re: Under 16'1 Teal Premiership
Mill Park to win, but only because of Andrews innings teh kid was quite sick and went into bat thats a bit of respect. I doubt Mill Park will rip through the Riverside line up, they need to get Bergman, Potter, Gaylor and Money out cheaply, 180 in the wet is a...
Re: DVCA Barclay Reserve
I no it is a little bit already but who thinks its a good idea to blood kids in B grade as its a pathway to A, Thiers clubs like Lower, Riverside and others that have only about 3 players under 18 in thier teams i think this BR grade is a good comp and the young talents...
Re: DVCA:Under 16'1 banter 2009/10
I think thats abit of jealousy, but connections does help, but yes in the older age comps the best players usually get picked on guy i still have heavy suspicions on is Matthew Jackson.
Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10
Thats spot on 100% their.
And Riverside with thier Fair go policy will be affected by this, the 12's there and there are some standouts and they get a little held back, but it's a great club and we just want some gold. David Newell is 17 and has had a good start...
Re: DVCA Barclay Reserve
Thats true about teh struggling club, but you put thioer A grade and other teams aside they do have some good players in thier 2's
Re: DVCA Barclay Reserve
Plenty look very strong in Barclay researve this year, Riverside is just surviving through it;s older talents like Hrtigan, Morgan and Bohan, but good to see them 2-0.n Noth Eltham have a strong B-grade and i would be keeping a good eye on them, as they beat the...
Re: DVCA:Under 16'1 banter 2009/10
It's a bit dissapointing to see riverside in for a tough year after making teh finals two years in a row.
Research are looking teh goods, like to highlight Harrison Burns who made a 70 or somthing in Barclay Researve the kid can bat and will be a talent...
Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10
Thats a fair point,
The Riverside point is thier and i can see how they are seen as chockers.
But i have a mate that plays 4ths down thier and he says thier ones are looking the goods and If Scott Gibbs is firing then thier a big chance to play finals, you...
Re: DVCA Barclay Shield 09/10
Yes Plenty has a good bowling line up. But a few big names out this week. That will push Jevon Kett up into the ones, and no you wont be keeping jevon and definetely not bowling but well done, hope you get runs.
