I asked a similar question and the umpires actually asked to be paid directly into their accounts. Apparently they were having a lot of issues getting the cash off some clubs.

spot on mate Dingley is the ddca side. I doubt they’ll be allowed to go into championship so they may stay and have a crack at div 1. It was from a csb rep but they wouldn’t tell us the subbies side...

I was told there was one ddca team (irrelevant to you guys) and one subbies team that had expressed interest in joining csb. I don’t know subbies well but assumed it would be moorabbin as they are the weakest club in the area. Be interesting to see if anything comes of it
