CAPTAIN/COACH or NON PLAYING SENIOR COACH REQUIRED – 2014/15 SEASON
The East Keilor Cricket Club (EKCC), affiliated with the Victorian Turf Cricket Association (VTCA) and the North West Metropolitan Cricket Association (NWMCA), is searching for either a playing Captain/Coach, or non-playing Senior Coach for the upcoming 2014-15 season.
Located at Overland Reserve on Parkside Avenue East Keilor, the EKCC is planning to field a minimum of three Senior sides (North B2, North C3 and North C4 – 1 day Saturday) as well as four Junior sides in each of the Under 10, 12, 14 and 16 competitions in the NWMCA.
Our coach will be required to coordinate and implement high standards of training across the senior grades (including promising Junior players), focusing on maximising player involvement and individual player development. The coach will be an integral part of the team selection process and where practicable provide guidance to our Junior Coordinator regarding Junior player development.
Given we are a relatively small club and that we are focusing heavily on a year of consolidation, our coach will be a committed leader, and have the ability to communicate with all key stakeholders including players, committee members, juniors and club supporters.
Involvement in post-match activities and other club functions throughout the season is expected as this is paramount in developing a strong team ethos, as well as ensuring the social aspects of our club are not overlooked.
A remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience and ability.
All queries and applications will be treated in the strictest confidence and should be directed to:

Senior Coaching Vacancy (Playing or Non-Playing)

The Bundoora United Cricket Club is seeking applicants for the position of Senior Coach for the 2015/16 season.

We are affiliated with the Diamond Valley Cricket Association with our 1st XI playing in Barclay Shield.
In season 2014/15 we fielded 4 senior teams, a Veterans team, an Under 14 team, three Under 12 sides and a successful Milo in2cricket program.

Like all, our aim is to build a successful club starting with a strong junior presence; we want someone that is going to help improve players in all grades with a focus on developing our 1XI cricketers to experience the ultimate success.

To do this we need dedicated on-field leadership which will be supported by a hard working committee. Preferably (but not necessarily) the successful candidate will have District or Sub District level experience and is someone who is looking to establish a coaching career at a suburban club.

Strong communication skills are important. The successful candidate will be expected to take an interest in the junior program as well as developing and implementing a strategy for the development of all players, through senior training sessions as well as one on one player sessions.
