Day - Night Test Cricket

No one seems to like the pink ball and having never used one i don't know. But anything that changes the balance between bat and ball in Test cricket is a bad thing. Test cricket must not compromise it's integrity we have T20 for that.

To be honest I'm not sure about this. Not enough trial has been done at a lower level and I think more of that needs to occur in first-class games.

Having bowled with a pink ball they do last longer than the white ones and they do swing a bit. The most testing time will be at dusk/sunset when night is approaching. I reckon the ball would hoop a mile if the right conditions are there.

What happened to the orange ball? I've always thought they looked more promising than the pink one.

Apparently through the air the orange ball left a 'tail' kind of like a comet making it hard to pick up batting.
