Error message after typing up post

Error message after typing up post

I just noticed that there is an error whenever we have posted up something and we go to press the submit button it comes up with an error only to press refresh and it asks you to wait thirty seconds.
Is anyone else getting that error message?

This is the error that we get.

Yeah, I was getting the same thing last night. Anyone know what the deal with this is?
